www.spiceboatstore.com does not encourage returns after successful placing of the order and payment by the customer. It is desirable that the customers place the order only if they agree to this policy document.
Spice Boat will process an exchange of its products sold through its website www.spiceboatstore.com subject to terms and conditions shared in this document.
Exchange of products sold through www.spiceboatstore.com will only be considered if the products received by the customer through the sale are damaged or passed the expiry date.
The customer has to inform Spice Boat of the concern and place a request for exchange within 2 hours of the receipt of the products at his/her delivery address mentioned at the time of placing the order.
The product/products to be returned should only be sent back after written confirmation from Spice Boat about accepting the exchange.
Replacement for the product will be done only after the returned shipment is received at Spice Boat and is verified for the claims made by the customer. The courier charges for return delivery of the product will be borne by Spice Boat if the claims made by the customer are found to be genuine.
Exchanged products will be sent back to the address to which the initial order was despatched.
All products to be exchanged are to be sent back to the Spice Boat registered office.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No cancellation of orders and refund will be entertained after the order is successfully placed and payment is made. Refund requests will only be taken up only in case of the following events:
- If the shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners and this has not been verified by us before placement of the order.
- Refund will not be processed for damaged of expired products. They will only be exchanged for another product as per the exchange policy mentioned in this document.
- Once the refund has been confirmed by Spice Boat, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s account ( Mode of payment done by the customer) within 7 working days from confirmation of refund.
- Refund or exchange will not be entertained if the customer wants to return the product if he/she does not find that it meets his/her expectations.
- Refunds will not be given in case of the following conditions:

- Incorrect or insufficient address given by the customer
- Absence or non-contactable customer.
- Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address
- Refusal to accept the products sent by us through our courier partner
- The product has been tampered by the customer.
- The customer is to send all emails regarding refunds/exchange or cancellation to spiceboatstore@gmail.com
