DELIVERY TIME
All our products are shipped from our registered office in Bangalore. Shipment will be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders received on Sunday and public holidays will be initiated on the next working day. We strive to deliver all our orders in the shortest possible time and within 7 days from receipt of order. Despatch and order tracking details along with expected time of delivery will be informed to the customer through email and sms. In case there is an unforeseen delay and the shipment is delayed beyond 7 days, the same will be intimated to the customer through email and sms.
Spice Boat reserves the right to cancel an order if the delivery location is beyond the reach of our courier partner. In such cases, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded. If a delay in delivery occurs due to an incorrect shipping address or unavailability of the recipient at the location or any other similar reason, Spice Boat will not be held responsible. Any extra cost incurred to Spice Boat for re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
Changing shipping address after placing the order can be done before the order is processed and despatched. This can be done on the Modify address link in the My orders section.
